Flowers which can be used for salads- Nasturtiums,roses,dandelions,hibiscus,parijat,jasmine,tulsi,jade, Calendula,marigold,chrysanthemum,Sonchampa,Sontaka,jasmine,lemon flowers,mimosa flower,mustard flowers,wild amaranth,passion flowers,guava flowers,Imli flowers,mango flowers,palash flowers,madhumath flowers,Amla fruit
Seeds which can be used-Flaxseeds,pumpkin,melons(roasted),sunflowers or roasted millets,assorted nuts,roated chana & groundnut.
Herbs-Lemongrass,tenderstalk,mint,coriander or celery,patthar chatta leaf,pippali fruit,ginger,galangal.
Leaves-Drumstick leaves,imli leaves,shatavri fresh root(chopped),ashwagandha if available.
(In monsoon-Takola leaves & dagri phool,Brahmi leaves,Laxmi taru.
Farmer’s market
Adulsa,nirgundi,dried makoy berries,Doob grass bundles.Plus root calamus-Vacha rhizome,pan leaves,lemon grass.
Neem datum bundles can be used as a toothpaste and against insects in kitchen.
Satchets-Eucalyptus leaves,cold and coughs,also keeps away flies.Bay leaves,Neem and Nirgund useful against Mosquito and other pests,Vasa,fungus,mildew,Haldi ,Ants etc.
Laxmi taru leaves put directly in grains,masala,herbs-keep stuff dry and preserve,enhance fragrance and add oorja.
Neem alone is effective but catches moisture.Can mix ,these neem leaves.Ideally make a powder of few dried neem leaves,tie with cotton thread or some hanging areal roots of banyan,papal or giloy.Put the bundle in any grocery container.
