The Life Force Elixir
One day, wait with the dawn, to unfurl from the bud of
mystery, and open with the song of the earth and the sun, with the rose and the
lotus. Gather up this magic with a handful of herbs, for a cup of morning Sun.
A dew laden spray of basil & mint, a blade of lemon grass, a fistful of
stars with the jasmine. Pink love from the rose, a pinch of heaven from fragrant parijat flowers, a pinch of sunshine
from turmeric, pinch of rise and shine from peppy pepper and a half finger
ginger and cinnamon.

Now you’ll be ready to create the New Day.
