Anandam

Outside my window in Mumbai, a breath hums through the drumstick tree and floats in with a shower of snowy flowers. “Oooom” it resounds through my ears and nose, illuminates my energy centers, fills up my being with cosmic energy and overflows, for all excess energy must flow out.
From Muladhara, the seat of Ganesha to Kuthastha, the sublime chakra of knowledge, it then breathes open the white lotus in my crown, the Sahastradhara and rays out in blissful rainbows, expanding and expanding to cover the world. This is mass Visargan. Every dawn and sunset, the temple and church bells send out this benediction on a same note. The Muslim Pir calls out from his tower to Allah, to bless all alike.the Buddhists
send Mitta Mangalam to all the worlds and chant “Om Mani Padme Hum”, opening the all prevailing lotus of harmony.

From the temple and homes, the light of the aarti circulates with the spheres and the sufis revolve with this in an ecstasy of universal love. The Jains chant the Namokar mantra of divine evolution; the kriya yogis send Om through the chakras to blend with the cosmic sound. From a church, hallelujah sends joy to the world and blesses all beings in oneness with the trinity.

And in Sudarshan Kriya, millions rejoice in the oneness of all divinity. “Samashta Loka Sukino Bhavantu Om Shanti Shanti Shanti”. Let the world be in peace, in Anandam, in joy and blessing. #WCF2016
